Registration

• Participants should fill the registration information to
  registration form (Google form)
  by April 27 (resp. May 20) for the early (resp. late) registration.
  If you cannot access google form, please download and fill this WORD file and send it to aaac2024local.gmail.com
• Registration Fee

  	Early (by April 27)	Late (April 28-May 20)
  Regular	20,000 JPY	25,000 JPY
  Student	10,000 JPY	15,000 JPY

• For the registration possibility after May 20, please contact the organizers by email (aaac2024local@gmail.com), although we do not assure banquet ticket and conference kit.
• Extra banquet ticket is abailable with 7000 JPY. Please indicate on the registration form.

Payment method

• For foreign participants: Please pay at the conference registration desk with cash in JPY. We apply the early registration fee if you send the registration form by April 27.
• For Japanese participants: Please make bank transfer at latest 5 days after the regsitration deadlines. Bank account information (in Japanese) .
• We are sorry that handling charge is not included in the registration fee (as well as the money exchange fee for the foreign participants).
